Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders are dispatched from our Birmingham warehouse. We supply a wide range of rails, brackets and fittings across multiple finishes. Some finishes are stocked, while others are produced to order. Because of this, dispatch times vary by finish and product type.
Delivery time estimates shown by sales channels or marketplaces should be treated as guides only. Please refer to the handling times below as the correct dispatch guide.
Handling Times by Finish
Polished brass - 1 working day handling time plus carriage time
Chrome plated - 2 to 3 working days production plus carriage time
Nickel plated - 2 to 3 working days production plus carriage time
Satin nickel - 3 to 5 working days production plus carriage time
Satin brass - 10 to 14 working days production plus carriage time
All antique finishes - 10 to 14 working days production plus carriage time
Carriage time is in addition to the handling or production times above and depends on the delivery location and courier service used.
Carriage Charge
Boxed items & 1000mm lengths - £7.95
1200mm - 1500mm lengths - £14.95
1600mm - 2500mm lengths - £34.95
3000mm+ lengths - £56.95
We completely understand that carriage costs - especially for longer lengths - can feel on the high side. Unfortunately, due to the size and handling requirements of these items, these charges are set by the couriers and are outside of our control.
We do not add any additional margin to these charges - in fact, we feel your pain as much as you do. If there were a cheaper (and reliable) way to ship long lengths safely, we’d be the first to use it!
Bespoke and Cut to Length Items
Bespoke, cut to length and made to order items are manufactured specifically for each order. These items follow the handling times listed above for their finish type.
International Orders
We ship internationally. Transit times vary by destination and courier.
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and courier clearance fees charged by the destination country and carrier. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient before delivery.
Customs processing times are outside our control and may occasionally cause delays.

Please ensure delivery address details are correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and assist.
