Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please note the following:
Standard Stocked Products (e.g. brackets, accessories in stocked finishes):
These may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Made-to-Order Products (including antique finishes, chrome plated, nickel plated, or any solid brass items made to order):
These are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Bespoke Cut-to-Length Rails:
As these are manufactured to your specifications, they are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
Carriage Costs:
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method after the returned goods are inspected.
